The communist new law ensures complete visibility into the networks of foreign companies

On January 1, Communist China’s Cryptography Law will be effective. After all these rules become effective, foreign companies will be required to hand in their encryption keys to the communist government.

“Once data crosses the Chinese border on a network,” writes Steve Dickinson in the China Law Blog, “100 percent of that data will be 100 percent available to the Chinese government and the CCP.”
